Our Small Group Training is very similar to our personal one-on-one training. You still benefit from over 30 years of racing and coaching experience, and receive an intensive level of coaching. In addition, you have the added benefit of group support and discounted rates.
How does it work?
It starts with you. If you have 3 to 10 athletes who are planning to do the same race (i.e. Ironman Lake Placid, or Ironman Maryland), and are interested in doing the same training plan, let us know. We'll do an initial consultation and evaluate each athletes strengths and weaknesses. We'll then create one training plan that can provide minor adjustments for individual athletes.
In addition to the professional coaching expertise, you'll have the support of your group as you all work towards a common goal!
Each Program includes:
- a personal consultation, evaluation and setup
- monthly plan based on goal race
- monthly communication with coach in group setting
